Feel Confident in Less Than 10 Minutes

What if we told you that you could feel more confident in 10 minutes? You probably think I’ve gone crazy but 10 minutes is really all that it takes.

Wear red. According to  Red Book Mag “women get a huge confidence boost from wearing red to work. Sadly, 29 percent of us don’t feel confident enough to don the power color”. If wearing red is an easy way to boost your confidence and you don’t feel comfortable wearing red, start small. Find a cute accessory, like a purse, scarf, or a pair of earrings, and coordinate your outfit around it. You’ll not only look fabulous, you’ll feel fabulous too!

Feeling a little down? A quick workout might be exactly what you need. Do something that makes you happy. It might seem simple enough but it really is key to keeping yourself happy and healthy. Whether it be painting, gardening, or having a movie night, schedule yourself some “me” time.

Keep a journal handy for when you have a moment of clarity. When you see how much you have done and are going to be accomplishing, you’ll realize that you are capable of doing whatever you set your mind to.
