If wearing red is an easy way to boost your confidence and you don’t feel comfortable wearing red, start small. Find a cute accessory, like a purse, scarf, or a pair of earrings, and coordinate your outfit around it. You’ll not only look fabulous, you’ll feel fabulous too!
Feeling a little down? A quick workout might be exactly what you need. Do something that makes you happy. It might seem simple enough but it really is key to keeping yourself happy and healthy. Whether it be painting, gardening, or having a movie night, schedule yourself some “me” time.

and maybe most importantly remember, you’re worth it. Regardless of where life is taking you, it’s important to be aware of all the good you do for the world you’re living in. “Take a minute each day to remind yourself – or write down – what you’ve accomplished at work, in your love life, in social settings, at your office, with your finances, and so on” (ririanproject.com). Keep a journal handy for when you have a moment of clarity. When you see how much you have done and are going to be accomplishing, you’ll realize that you are capable of doing whatever you set your mind to.
